Me molesta empacar.

This entry is going to be short because I am tired and have a long day ahead of me tomorrow. Not only do I have a test on the four forms of subjunctive that are currently swimming around in my brain, but we are also leaving for Samara at 1 pm tomorrow.  On the way we will be stopping at Arenal and Monte Verde.

Es posible que el subjuntivo me mate. :(

I can hardly believe that four of our five weeks here have passed by.  I need to remember that we are going to Samara to continue studying, because somehow I keep thinking that I'm staying in a hotel and just catching rays on the beach.  I will be staying with another Tica family and will still have classes.  (Ojala que mi nueva familia tica sea tan agradable como la familia Gonzalez.)

Me molesta empacar. I hate packing. Simply put, I'm not good at it. How am I supposed to know what I am going to want to wear three days from now?! That's how I always end up with so much stuff. Si no tendria que empacar, fuera mas feliz. Mejor hubiera empacado menos.

We had our last cooking class today and made "biscochos." They look like little donuts, except they are cheesy. The best part is that they are quite easy to make and even better to eat. I have really enjoyed the cooking classes at Intercultura and am looking forward to attempting to make these recipes for friends and family once I return to the US.

Bisochos--fresh out of the oven!

^^^^^ That is what I call multi-tasking at its finest... I wrote my blog entry and practiced the subjunctive and conditional at the same time.  Yes, I believe I just killed dos pajaros with one piedra.
